why must someone in your life compare you to the one person that you strive to be nothing like? how do they "forget" the things they said infront of you, that made your children question how much you care for them? how can they tell you that your own mother didn't want anything to do with you?

and then when you tell them what their doing they say..

"I just don't want anything to do with you anymore, but I love you like you were my own. More than my own...."

but their own is the one they compare you too and say you treat me just like he treats me.

I feel bad. I really do. I feel bad I never see her, I feel bad my children don't know really who she is. I feel bad my children don't know my real dad. But am I a bad person because I want to protect my children from the ONLY thing that truely upsets me? I never come to tears when talking with her, normally I get just utterly mad more Pissed....and today I was brought to tears. She told me things I didn't care to hear or even know. Stuff that I tried do many years to forget and look past. I know she loves me and I know my real dad loves me. I do love them too. I fogave them a long time ago. However I can not forget.

I am human.

Sorry that I have been absent minded here lately! I think I am in "recovery" mode from the past two weekends!! The wedding, and this past weekend my brother and his wife came to celebrate his birthday! It was fun!! We all had a blast!! They even got their matching wedding bands tattooed on!! And of course it was done by the awesome

anyways! Andrew had his baseball tryouts this weekend too! He is a player for the Red Socks!! YAY! Thank goodness his old coach from last year is not his coach this time! That dude was horrible!

Also, good news.....WE ARE GOING TO GATLINBURG!! Woo Hoo!! The trip is booked!! We are going in June! My bro and his wife and their youngsters are coming as well as her parents and their daughter! They are cool people! I can not wait!!

Target did WHAT?!!? Buyer Beware!!!

***As most of you know, my best friend got married over the weekend....at weddings you get tons of gifts that you register for....and what do you do when you get duplicates?!?!?!? You return right......WRONG!!!****

I have to share my experience over the weekend with Target with EVERYONE I come in contact with for the rest of my days here on earth. As most of you know, Tony and I got married this weekend. .We chose Target and Bed bath and beyond to register at for our event. As with MOST weddings, we received several duplicate gifts. Yesterday after we got in town from our honeymoon, we sorted through everything and went to Target to return our duplicates and exchange them for something else. We get there, they ask for a receipt, we do not have a receipt for most of the items that we received. THEY WERE A GIFT off of our registry!

Target: " I'm sorry ma'am. I can't return anything that's over $20 without a receipt. "
Me: "but these are off of our registry.... they're gifts, we do not have a receipt. Just give me instore credit. "
Target: "i'm sorry, without a reciept I cannot give you store credit or let you exchange anything"
Me: "Look at our registry! They were all purchased from it. That can serve as your stinking receipt!"
Target: "i'm sorry ma'am. That's the policy. I cannot help you"

SO ME, TONY and my mother spend 2 hours on the the phone with corporate, talking to every mananger in the store and we get no where. We told several people at the registry computers what they were in for while we were in the store waiting for someone to come to their senses and hopefully they will cancel their registry as well. WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF STUFF FROM TARGET THAT ARE DUPLICATES AND WE CAN DO NOTHING WITH! HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND NO STORE CREDIT, NO EXCHANGES, NO NOTHING!!!!!!!

We gave them thousands of dollars worth of business from our wedding and now we have all this this that we can do nothing with and they will do nothing about. BED BATH AND BEYOND, returned, exchanged and even offered us cash back for all of our items and never once asked for a recepit. I will NOT shop at Target anymore and I advise you DO NOT register for ANYTHING there. They get your money and you get nothing in return.

We've called the news and corporate. I'm sure you'll be hearing something about this very very soon. PLEASE pass it along. They made our wedding a very stressful and disappointing event.

You know....My daughter has had to have therapy for some time now.....(like a year)

and it is over! DONE!

bitter sweet, but awesome!

We are sad to see Sam go. But it is done.

The Wedding...

The wedding of Krissy and Tony was yesterday!! It was beautiful!! The girls of the wedding were up very early! ;) We had hair appointments starting at 8am! Then me and Krissy took off for makeup at MAC at 11! We were cutting it close cause pictures started at 12:30! ;) Lets just say all the girls pics came after the wedding!

It was amazing! The reception was great! And the second reception was even better!!

I have a lot of pictures! I just need to upload and edit!! Hopefully, I will get them posted up tomorrow for all to see!!!

I am seriously worn out from all the fun! I think I can speak for everyone involved with the wedding, and who came to it and the receptions IT WAS A BLAST!!!

Hot Starbucks and skin don't mix!

I just got back from running errands for the wedding and stuff....and thought I would stop by Starbucks! Yeah.....


I spilled it on my lap and it was HOT!!!

I don't recommend spilling a fresh White Mocha Latte with Soy and no whip!

It hurts! ;)

This is some awesome stuff! Look it up! There is no caffeine in it! There is A LOT of vitamins!! All the good stuff for you! Like, Vit. C, Niacin, Vit. B6 and B12, Folic Acid, and plenty more!! 24 calories, 2g of sugar! And it makes you energized with out that horrible crash afterwards!

My bestest Krissy sells it!! I love it! It's like $30 for a months supply! $1 a packet!

I don't really care for the taste, but mix it with a Crystal Lite packet and its great!

Bed and Bowling

We did get the phone call! They never ordered the piece, but lucky for us, someone else had ordered the same bed. They hadn't called that customer yet to pick up, so they let us have their parts! Not so lucky for who ever ordered it! Oh well, we have the bed!

It took all day Sat. to put it together and all Sunday to put everything back in his room! He loves it! Andrew wasn't even scared to sleep on the top bunk!!! His computer is now on a desk and not in the floor and the best part his room is organized!!! And he has to keep it this was!! And for those who don't know him...he is very OCD when it comes to his things, so it will stay clean!!

Today, he had no school, so we went bowling and to Game Stop so he can use his b-day money to buy a DS game! He got some Narto (sp?) game and the Big Brain Academy, and that game is fun!! We just spent like 30 mins. playing and comparing scores!! He is a lot better than me!! HAHA!!

As for the bowling trip, I tried to let him win by throwing gutter balls the last 3 frames cause he was like 6 pins behind me, but somehow I still won! ;)

Then we went to Starbucks! For me of course!! My drink was a little stronger than usual! But whateva it was still yummy!!

When we got home his desk chair was on the porch!! Seriously, if you need an office chair go to bizchair.com!! No shipping and awesome stuff!!! I got his chair for less than 40 bucks!! And it is normally 120!! It is awesome!!

I need to charge my camera so I can take some pics!

Well, Baylee is taking a nap and I need to go dye my blond roots back to brown!! ;P

I am waiting for the Ashley people to call me.... they were suppose to call at 9 am! and it is 11 now!!

Jason has called them. The lady said he was in a meeting. So we wait!

I am also getting ready to go to a friends wedding today!

Next weekend is my best friends wedding!! YAY! Krissy and Tony will be joining the married world! I can't wait!

Really Bummed...

Today, we got to pick up Andrew's new "Loft Desk"! Yay!!

SO I THOUGHT!

We begin to go through all the pieces and stuff. Two very VERY important parts of the desk are missing!! The parts that are not there are the top and bottom of the right side. There is no way possible to put the bed together! I am very bummed about this. Mainly because, I have taken everything out of my sons room. EVERYTHING!! His old bed is now in Baylee's room, and we are not putting it back in Andrew's room. All of his toys and books and other stuff is in the kitchen....






I called Ashley Furniture, to see what the heck happened...and the lady was super nice and was about as freaked out as I am! I have to call the warehouse place for Ashley Furniture in the morning to see if they "accidentally" forgot to load it on the truck. And if they didn't I have to call the lady back and see what they can do. More than likely if that it's not at the warehouse, it has to be re-ordered!! WHAT!!! So my son is screwed out of a bed for a week and all his stuff is in the kitchen?!!?

Seriously, this is crappy!!!

My son has no clue the bed had even came today! We wanted to surprise him so we sent him of to the grandmas (which he calls Punkin Pie) for the night so that when he comes home he would have a new room!!

SO MUCH FOR THAT!!!

Ok, I know it could be worse but geeeezzz!!! Not very cool!



On a better note my best friends wedding is a week from tomorrow!! YAY!! I am her matron of honor and Andrew is the ring dude and Baylee is the flower girl!! It's getting close and it will be an awesome day!!

Alright, I am gonna go have a beer or two to forget about the whole bed thing till the morning!

Who said Valentines Day is lame?!

What a day it has been! Nothing to out of the normal routine! Baylee woke up awfully early! Which is not so early for most moms, but I am spoiled!! We did our thing as always, and then went to get Andrew from school.

She was pretty upset cause her Aqua Doodle pen was out of water, but she got over it when I showed her to lick her lips and kiss it! That kept her happy for a bit! I read my book as I do everyday....and let me tell you this book is getting better every time I turn the page!! I am reading The Bad Place by Dean Koontz. Awesome stuff!!



Anyways, we get home...and I take Baylee to her room for her nap...and there is a big read heart balloon tied to a gift bag!! It kinda made me jump! I thought it was someone standing there and Baylee gasped and says "A BAWOON!! IT'S FLYING!!" So, knowing how bad she needed the nap I said, "Well, tell the balloon night night! You can play with it when you wake up!!"

So, I thought to myself.....JASON!!....I went to my room after closing her door and Andrew was standing there pointing at another gift bag with a balloon and he asks, "Is this for me??". There was a note in front of the bag and its was for me! Andrew told me to open it and I did! My wonderful husband got me a COACH bag! I was very shocked!! It is very cute!!



He is so good to us!!

I had to go look in Andrews room! I knew Jason wouldn't leave him out..and of course he didn't! Andrew had the same balloon tied to a gift bag...and he opened it up and got a Nintendo DS game! He was super excited!

As for whats in Baylee's bag...I asked Jason when I called him to thank him! It is a Dora jewelry box/play set and Dora sunglasses! Which I know she will love!!

My husband never stops amazing me! He is the BEST man ever!! I am so proud to have him in my life forever!! He is the BEST daddy in the world!!

Why a snow day today.....

Today is Andrew's 7th birthday! Of all days..today has to be a snow day...and what I mean is it snows a half an inch and they close the schools! I love snow days don't get me wrong, but today????

You see my friends today I was going to work very hard on a "wrestling ring" cake and decorate the house as a surprise for Andrew....not so much now! I think I can still pull of decorating the house but not the cake! But oh well, I may need a lil help making it!

Anyways, he opted to not have a party this year and get a new bed for his birthday, so he got it...not yet...it has been ordered and we are waiting for Ashley Furniture to call and say it's ready. I told him that would be the only gift he got...secretly I have also gotten him the Wii game he has wanted since Christmas. He has no clue!! ;) I also got him a couple other little things. One of which was a t-shirt that reads "Pull My Finger" (slightly redneck I know, but it's funny)! So this morning after he found out there was no school, he saw the gift and wanted to open it, so I let him and to his surprise it wasn't what he wanted! And the little booger got upset!! Ungrateful little turd!! HA

Our plans are to go to Red Robin for his b-day dinner, where my mom, and the in-laws will be there, and of course me and Jason and Baylee!!

Ok ..... Anyways....at dinner is where he will get the Wii game he has begged for!! He has no clue! So it should be fun!

Thinking back 7 years ago...I just got my epidural! I had been in Labor already ... 16 hours I believe!! Only..7 more hours till he was born! Oh, What an experience that was....glad for the drugs they give you!!

So, I off so I can let him go play in the snow, I think it may be up to an inch now!
(which is why the in-law called, to tell me NOT to let him play outside cause it would "expose him to the cold and he will get really sick!"-Does she not think I will put a coat and hat and gloves and like two pair of pants and all that stuff on him....humm, I think I will let him go out in nothing but his SpiderMan boxer briefs....YEAH, thats what I will do!)

So Blog number two it is...

I have once, many moons ago, had a blogger account. I guess I was gone way to long and can no longer sign in. So...with many attempts to "re-open" the account, I decided to just start over with a new one. I think they have changed some things on here....I am gonna have to re-learn how to post and click away on this lovely world of blogging!

Aren't you excited?! HA.

Anyways, I am a stay at home mom, mommy, momma, etc. I think the stay at home mom gets so many names from her children. My two year old daughter sometimes calls me "MA"! I know we are from the south and all.....but this isn't Little House on the Prairie!! My son turns 7 tomorrow! Such a bitter sweet thing that is! I mean having a child grow older every year is like a smack into reality! It's like "Hey your getting older, soon to be an old lady!" I just never think of my children getting older.....just taller! I guess it just doesn't work that way! Oh Well...I will learn!


So, I guess I should warn to anyone who reads this....if there really is anyone....

I completely blow when it comes to grammar! Sorry!!! Those small American town schools don't really teach to much! But hey.....I can spell pretty decent! So I guess it all works out!! Also my thoughts and words float from one thing to the next, so hang on it will be interesting to say the least!
